Lately we have come across many homes that are newly bought that have started growing mold like substances in odd places on your sheetrock or windows. But a good indication would be baseboards pulling away from walls, discoloration of painted surfaces, anything that you may assume looks like a mold like substance, bubbling of paint, and/or water leaking through a window or window well.
